He was present at BOEM and Oregon Energy Meetings to represent his will and that of his neighbors.
As a member of the Executive Committe of Oregonians Against Wind Turbines, Lynn Coker participated in bringing the Advisory Question to the Curry County Commissioners which resulted in the Measure allowing citizens input regarding Offshore Wind Turbines,
78% of Curry County Citizens voted to oppose offshore wind development.
